Call or contact samsung. The resolution setting should not have any effect on your display. If its resetting itself after you set it up then there is something wrong with the player itself. Check your cables and input on the TV as well, makes sure there’s nothing loose..(do this before you contact Samsung) Its obviosuly still under warranty. If you bought it at the yellow tag (aka Best Buy) call them, even if you didn’t purchase the extended service plan, they will help you within the first 30 days of purchase ( 1-888-best buy)
